Top Configuration Refrigerated Truck Box: The refrigerated truck box is constructed using advanced wooden technology and selected non-toxic chemical raw materials from international and domestic brands. It features hard polyurethane with excellent insulation performance and reinforced materials. The box is formed in one piece through special molds for pressure, heating, and vacuum pumping, overlapped with high-strength inlet adhesive to create a polymer composite material box. With good sealing performance, the box resists bulging and leaking. It ensures fast cooling speed, slow heat dissipation, and excellent insulation effect. The box board is made of Q195 galvanized pipe 40 * 60 * 4, connected with environmentally friendly waterproof wooden boards using screws. It is thickened with 8.0 thick Yinuo fiberglass, and the outer frame is constructed of Shanghai Baosteel 304 stainless steel. All components, including hinges, locks, corners, hinge seats, lock rods, and handles, are made of durable 304 stainless steel. The bottom plate auxiliary beam is crafted from six thick hot plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, folded in one piece and locked with screws for sturdiness and durability.
